G-Tech’s 2TB USB-C Portable Hard Drive is perfect for MacBooks at $69 (Reg. $90+)

$69

B&H offers the G-Technology 2TB G-Drive Mobile USB-C/A Hard Drive for $69 shipped. Originally $99, this is the lowest that we’ve tracked on this model. For further comparison, Best Buy has the 1TB capacity for $89. Today’s offer is slightly above the usual 2TB deal price but the inclusion of USB-C and G-Tech’s solid ratings make this deal worth the extra money.

G-Tech G-Drive features:

  • 2TB Storage Capacity
  • USB 3.0 Type-C/Type-A Host Interface
  • 5200 rpm Hard Drive
  • Bus Powered
  • Two USB Cables Included
  • Formatted for Mac

The black G-Technology G-DRIVE mobile USB 3.0 Hard Drive provides up to 2TB of portable storage space for systems outfitted with a standard USB Type-A port or a convenient USB Type-C port. The G-DRIVE mobile sports a hard drive, spinning at up to 5200 rpm, and includes two USB cables that both have a USB 3.0 Micro-B interface on one end and either a USB Type-A or USB Type-C connector on the other side. For power, it’s designed to run off a bus-powered port. Once connected, G-Technology has formatted this drive for Mac use, and you will need to reformat it for Windows-based systems.
