Amazon just dropped the price on the official Switch 2: Choose Your Game Bundle by $50, and with an official price hike inbound, this might very well be the very best deal we see on a Nintendo console for a long while.
The price of Nintendo Switch 2 is going up and very soon – this we know for sure, Nintendo has already made it official. And if you’re looking to even maybe land one this year, the deal Amazon is offering right now will almost certainly the best we see for a long while that anyone can take advantage of.
- Nintendo Switch 2: Choose Your Game Bundle $449 (Reg. $500)
- Up to $530 value now, up to $580 value after upcoming price hike
Amazon is currently offering the official Nintendo Switch 2: Choose Your Game Bundle down at $449 shipped.
This deal will not last for long – get in there as fast as possible if you’re interested.
It comes with your choice of Mario Kart World, Donkey Kong Bananza, or Pokémon Pokopia as a digital game download. These games are worth $70, or $80 for Mario Kart World, when purchased on their own.
The price of Nintendo Switch 2 with no game, as of right now, is $449.
That means that you were already saving up to $30 on the Choose Your Game Bundle before Amazon just dropped the price by $50.
Now consider the fact that Nintendo Switch 2 will be going up in price starting in September 2026 from $450 to $500 with no game included. What that will mean for future bundles is currently unclear, but the chances of seeing a straight up cash deal on any gaming console in the near future is low, and we are looking at pre-price hike numbers here.
Considering the up to $80 game included and the now $50 price drop on the bundle, this is effectively $130 under the price of this package at retail MSRPs in just over a month’s time. And I certainly would bet prices will get this low after Nintendo raises the list in September.
