Just after the reveal of today’s new Overview Trailer is morning, Nintendo is now giving folks a closer look at that special textured foil packaging on the physical copy of the new Zelda Ocarina of Time remake (currently $10 off at Amazon). 

While other regions across the globe might have got more substantial pre-order bonuses, here in the U.S. it’s the Textured Foil Cover Art on the physical boxed copy. 

I guess it was mostly easy to imagine what this would actually look and feel like in person, but Nintendo did take to its official social channels today to give us a closer look – it’s basically that sort of textured plastic treatment that shimmers as the light hits it at different angles. I might have preferred something more display-worthy for the shelf, but I very much do like what I’m seeing here:
