Sony has officially announced that its Playstation Plus memberships will be seeing a permanent price increase come September 22nd, 2016. Gamers in the US will have to drop $59.99 for a year ($69.99 in Canada), and $24.99 for three months. The monthly sub will remain at $9.99. PlayStation Plus brings online play, deep deals on the PlayStation Store and access to the monthly free game library among other things, so for many gamers this isn’t good news.

LEGO’s latest Architecture kit is a 17-inch wide version of the US Capitol Building. Containing more than 1,000 pieces, the model features a removable dome in the middle to show off the rotunda and statues inside. It will hit store shelves come September 1st for $99.

Minecraft Fortress

Next up, we have a new look at the LEGO Minecraft Fortress set (The Fortress 21127). Much like previous Minecraft LEGO kits this one showcases more blocky figures as well as being entirely modular in nature. The fortress can be reconfigured in multiple ways.
