GuliKit launches new ultra-portable 4K Switch 2 dock at just $30

GuliKit is landing today with its latest next-generation Switch 2 dock (also compatible with Switch 1). The new, ultra-affordable solution delivers one of the least pricey options out there with an ultra-compact, travel-friendly design, power passthrough action, 4K visuals, and some nifty ventilation cooling.

The new GuliKit Dock Station for Switch 2/Switch is now available at Amazon for just $29.99, landing somewhere in the range of half the price of some of the more direct and well-known competitors in the space, like the JSAUX OminCentro

Designed with travel and versatility in mind, I really like the compact and clean look of this dock, especially after the dust flap has been lifted from atop the cooling ventilation intake and the USB-C port with the Switch 2 in place – the dock almost disappears completely and leaves the console front and center.

A video game console and a television

It is also quite a bit lighter than the Switch 2’s official dock at 105 grams, which really isn’t a great thing on paper for me. I mean even if it was triple that it wouldn’t be all that big a deal to carry around and I like me some some hefty stability. But I guess some folks appreciate that and it apparently has an “anti-tip wide body” design as well as some anti-slip pads to keep things stable.

Compatible with Switch 2, Switch, and Switch OLED, the dock supports 4K/60Hz, 2K/120Hz, 1080p/240Hz visuals via HDMI alongside “dynamic/static HDR with Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM).” Connectivity includes the HDMI out, a USB-C port, and a standard USB jack with 100W power passthrough action.

The new GuliKit Dock Station for Switch 2/Switch is now available on Amazon at $29.99 – it appears as though it delivers in an around June 22 for most locations.
