After being leaked several months ago, with early renders surfacing online thereafter, LEGO has now officially confirmed the upcoming LEGO Star Trek set(s). The previously leaked LEGO SEGA Genesis Controller is official. The brick built gamepad made headlines just over a week ago when low res images were leaked online, but the set has now officially been revealed. 

It’s been an exciting summer for LEGO, as we’ve seen massive waves of new building sets release over the last few months with regular unveilings of new sets happening in between. The new summer LEGO reveals just keep coming, and now, a few days after we got the announcement of the new Ideas 21360 Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory set, we’re getting another movie staple in the form of LEGO’s new Icons 10365 Captain Jack Sparrow’s Pirate Ship. Putting aside the missed opportunity to name it for what it is – The Black Pearl – this is a highly detailed rendition of the iconic ship and comes with plenty of characters you’d expect to populate it. This better be real. Just after the new LEGO Game Boy went up for pre-order, and just ahead of its official release this fall, a new LEGO SEGA Genesis controller has surfaced online. There has been no official announcement as of yet, but imagery and details on a new LEGO Genesis gamepad have leaked online.

The relatively recently revealed and particularly compelling look new LEGO Voyagers game is getting a new trailer today. And more specifically, a release date trailer – the game is now just over a month out from release. 

The official new Nike LEGO Dunk Lows have arrived, plus a whole lot more. After Nike and LEGO announced an official partnership, the first new building set landed in the form of a brick-built Nike Dunk back in late May. The 2025 LEGO Advent Calendars are finally up for pre-order. This year’s lineup has been known for some time, but they are now finally available for purchase directly from LEGO ahead of release on September 1 – don’t expect them to last for very long as they tend to sell out quite quickly.

Late last night LEGO finally unleashed what many would describe as one of the more anticipated sets of the year – the official LEGO Game Boy. LEGO Pokémon is coming! We think anyway. While we can’t confirm with 100% certainty that this one is true, it very much appears as though LEGO just accidentally leaked its upcoming Pokémon collab. Reports surfaced across the internet this morning claiming LEGO just leaked its upcoming crossover with The Pokémon Company by way of a teaser video that has since been taken down – you can check it out below though.

After weeks of rumors, leaked pics, and plenty of excitement, LEGO has officially ripped the veil off the new 76968 Dinosaur Fossils Tyrannosaurus Rex set. This massive build, perfect for Jurassic Park fans, promises a dynamic option for displays, complete with articulation, minifigures, an Easter egg, and more. We’re getting this news well ahead of its release in March, giving folks plenty of time to prep so they can grab one for themselves once purchases open – sadly, preorders aren’t being offered beforehand. We’re well into the swing of Mario Day 2025, also known as MAR10, with LEGO’s promotions having been running since last week (and which ends tomorrow, March 11) – giving you 2x points on Super Mario building sets, as well as a 30702 Mario Kart – Toad (Pit Crew) GWP along with purchases of $40 or more. While folks over the weekend might not be surprised to have found clocks jumping forward, the LEGO group is surprising us with a new highly detailed set, 72037 Mario Kart: Mario & Standard Kart, which is even being unveiled while open for preorder.

Earlier this year Nintendo officially teased an upcoming collaboration with LEGO – an upcoming, brick-built Game Boy set. It will likely be the biggest Nintendo hardware release of the year outside of the Switch 2. At the time of the official reveal, there weren’t many details to go on outside of a teaser video and that it was indeed on the way this year, but a supposedly reliable leaker might have just outed some details on the new LEGO Game Boy along with the price. 

Twilight lovers will likely be howling at the moon today (if they’re team Jacob, I mean) as LEGO is giving us the official reveal of its new Ideas 21354 Twilight The Cullen House set – and what’s more it’s even opening for preorders ahead of its release date. The book and movie sensation is getting the brick-built treatment here, complete with a menagerie of characters, some quality architecture, and even an Easter Egg that references the first movie’s release year. A new and likely quite epic Nintendo and LEGO kit of some kind appears to be on the way. Nintendo just teased a mildly cryptic new collaboration between the two beloved brands that looks a lot like there’s (definitely) going to be a super sweet LEGO Game Boy of my dreams coming soon.

Apparently the folks at Best Buy didn’t get the memo that Black Friday and Cyber Monday is now over, as it once again advertising another set of new Doorbusters set to go live this Friday. It first appeared as though the major retailer would be just be running its weekly Doorbusters campaign through November in the lead up to Black Friday, but it is once again teasing a series of new deals set to go live later this week on December 5.
