Both Sony and Microsoft have launched official price drops or bundle sales on console recently and we are starting to see some fantastic deals for anyone looking for a new machine. First up, the official Newegg eBay Store is offering the Xbox One S 500GB Minecraft Favorites Console Bundle for $199.99 shipped. That’s $100 off the regular price and the best we can find. Anytime (which is extremely rare) you can grab a brand new Xbox One S for under $200, you probably should.

Having said that, Microsoft Store is currently offering the same bundle for $249.99 shipped with a free game of your choice. Last week we took a look at the Paperback and Collector’s Edition Guides for Zelda Breath of the Wild. But its time to take it up a notch with the beautiful Deluxe Edition.

This version comes with 384 pages of everything we detailed in the other two including annotated maps, posters, information regarding collectibles and a complete guide to the items and monsters found in the game. But the Deluxe Edition will also feature that amazing 11-inch x 15-inch premium vintage hardcover, “exclusive dedicated 16-page retrospective celebrating thirty years of Zelda games, a 16-page dedicated art section, and two ribbon bookmarks.” More details below.

Crash is back! Well, not completely. We now know the remastered Crash Bandicoot collection will be releasing on PS4/Pro this summer, Activision announced today.

We are getting new lighting, animations, enhancements to the intro cinematic and support for 4K via PS4 Pro. Developer Vicarious Visions has also added new checkpoints, an upgraded save system, improved bonus stages and updated audio across the board.

The Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy contains the titular character’s first three outings: Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back and Crash Bandicoot: Warped. It will be available June 30th on PS4/Pro for $39.99. Available for pre-order now. 

While the price does seem a bit steep, anyone with fond memories of early 3D platformers is in for a treat here. Even if the visuals didn’t look as good as they do in the announcement trailer below, I’d still be pretty stoked for this:

Breath of the Wild is primed to set a new standard for Zelda titles with its massive open world, but Link’s latest adventure will also be treading new ground for the series in other ways as well. For the first time, Nintendo will be launching expansion packs and a season pass for a main Zelda title.

There will be two packs of additional content for the game launching throughout 2017 and you’ll need to buy the “Expansion Pass” to get them. The first bundle will include a “Cave of Trials challenge” similar to what we saw in Twilight Princess, a new hard mode and a “new feature for the in-game map.” The second bundle will be the more substantial of the two with a “new dungeon and a new original story.” This sucker will launch holiday 2017 after most of us have already gotten through the main story.

You can’t purchase these bundles separately at this point, you have to purchase the Expansion Pass, which will be available for both the Nintendo Switch and Wii U versions of the game for $19.99. Anyone who purchases or pre-purchases the Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild Expansion Pass will get “three new treasure chests” that will appear in the Great Plateau area of the in-game map. One contains a silly Nintendo Switch shirt Link can wear throughout his adventure and the other two “deliver useful items”.

As exciting as it is to think there will be more content added to Breath of the Wild later this year, it does seem a bit weird Nintendo is charging for a hard mode and a Cave of Trials. Nonetheless, I for one will be very excited to get a completely new story come holiday 2017.

Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild releases March 3rd alongside Nintendo Switch. Amazon Prime members can pre-order Breath of the Wild right now for $47.99 shipped, but we are yet to see listings for the new Expansion Pass at Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop or Walmart. More details below.

Starting when The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild launches on March 3, players will be able to purchase an Expansion Pass for $19.99, granting access to two new sets of downloadable content for the game when they become available later this year.

Immediately upon pre-purchase or purchase of the Expansion Pass, three new treasure chests will appear in the game’s Great Plateau area. One of these treasure chests will contain a shirt with a Nintendo Switch logo that Link can wear during his adventure, exclusive to the Expansion Pass. The other two will deliver useful items.

We are literally a few weeks away from what might be the most anticipated release of the year with The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The game is shaping up to be one of the largest and deepest Zelda titles to date. With its gorgeous open world and what appears to be a much more mature approach to RPG systems, we really couldn’t be any more excited for it.

Along with some brand new screenshots from the game below, we have now spotted the pre-order for the official guide going up on Amazon. You can choose between the Paperback Guide or the Official Collector’s Edition Hardcover Guide.

Both editions are packed with goodies to help you through Link’s latest journey including a comprehensive reference guide to the creatures and items in the game, a map poster of the over world, walkthroughs and more.
