If you have ever still felt tired after a full night’s sleep, your doctor may have recommended that you participate in a sleep study to pinpoint if you are having issues. Sleep studies typically involve spending a night in the hospital and often require you to be hooked up to all sorts of monitors. Also, the tests can cost a significant amount of money to run.

Sleep monitors have been out there for a number of years now and can do a good job of measuring just how much we sleep. However, they aren’t great at telling us what those measurements mean or how to improve the quality of our sleep. Somno Health’s EverSleep promises that it will not only monitor your sleep patterns but will detect conditions such as snoring, apnea, and insomnia. They have launched an Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign for this comprehensive sleep tracker and has already surpassed its fundraising goal.
