iTunes is having a “Blockbuster July” sale that will see it feature a $5 HD movie download each day for the entire month.

“Each day in July, we’re picking one blockbuster and making it available at a limited-time price.”

Today’s movie in the US is “Pineapple Express” in HD for $4.99. Compare that price to $12.99 on Amazon.

Although, the sale is featuring different movies outside of the US…

Canada, for example, is getting “The Imitation Game” film today also for $4.99, while the UK is featuring “300: Rise of the Empire” for £3.99. The sale might not be available in all regions where iTunes movies are for sale.

Check back in iTunes each day each this month for new movies featured as part of the Blockbuster July sale.
