Tregren T-series is the “true” smart garden for your kitchen

$56

Alexa, grow me some fresh tomatoes. OK fine, we may not be there just yet. But honestly, it would be super cool to get some smart gardening going on, especially if that garden is to be located right in our kitchen. After all, it’s popular now to eat healthy all the time right?

Get to know the Tregren T-series smart garden. It’s a fully funded product on Kickstarter and it (almost) perfectly fits what we were describing above. Apparently growing greens at home is one of the fastest growing trends, and if you’re into it, give it a try!

Tregren has already sold plenty of indoor gardening products to this day, but they’ve gotten with the times and have become “smarter,” so to speak. The new T-series is a true smart gardening utility to jump start your new hobby of indoor gardening.

The T-series is fast, easy, and versatile. Compared to traditional methods of gardening, this smart way of doing it gets you 3x faster growth according to Tregren. Plenty of money can also be saved since you do this yourself and you know where everything comes from.

The Smart Gardener app makes gardening easier than ever imagined. Since some plants need more water or light than others, it could get hard to keep track without an app. Each plant is managed individually on your smartphone, and Smart Gardener notifies you when to add more water or nutrients. No prior gardening experience is needed to succeed, which is amazing.

You can grow anything from herbs to strawberries to orchids. Just choose what you’re hungry for, and Smart Gardener will do everything else for you. The app is programmed to recognize over 50 different plants and their needs for growing successfully. Maintenance on your indoor garden will only take you a few minutes per month!

Other IoT style gardens might cost you $200 or more, and those tend to only switch the light on or off. The T-series actually adapts the light, the watering, and the nutrients to each specific plant that is being grown.

The T-series options include the T3, T6, and the T12, and each come in either white, gray, or black. As you might figure, the T3 fits up to 3 plants, the T6 up to 6, and the T12 up to 12. Each garden can be used with the smart default setup or by using the Smart Gardener app.

The Tregren T3 is available for pre-order on Kickstarter for $56. The T6 is going for $81 and the T12 for $106. Estimated delivery is later this year in October. Some non-smart gardens that are currently available can be found on Amazon.
