You can finally get your hands on the Apple Watch Nike+ edition as of this morning. It includes the same features as all other Series 2 models, plus exclusive watch faces, Nike+ Run Club app and the biggest difference of all, a special perforated Sport Band.
Apple has announced that it will not sell the Nike+ bands separately, but don’t worry because Amazon already has you covered. There are a bunch of options currently available, most of which are from no-name companies using Apple stock imagery, which is never a good sign. However, we were able to find one option we think could be worth your time.
OULUOQI is selling a knockoff Black and Volt Nike+ Sport Band in 38mm and 42mm for $20.99 Prime shipped. We’ve been following OULUOQI’s knockoff Apple Watch bands on Amazon for the better part of the past year, we’ve even reviewed a bunch, and found their quality to be pretty impressive considering the super low price points. So if you’re feeling adventurous and need that Nike+ look, we’d recommend going with OULUOQI. We’re planning to review this model and a couple others, so be on the lookout for that.
Some related coverage on another elusive Apple Watch Band: You can finally buy a rainbow Pride Apple Watch band just like Apple’s exclusive employee bands
Best Buy has a selection of Monowear Apple Watch Bands in 42mm or 38mm for only $9.99 shipped. That’s between $50 – $70 off the original list price (depending on the band) and the lowest we can find for them. It’s also more than $20 off the lowest Amazon listing for the same brand.
Styles for these watch bands vary from natural browns, black and silver to really personalize your look. They feature a solid construction for style and comfort and also come highly rated from Best Buy shoppers.
We also still have these leather bands for $14 Prime shipped.

Best Buy offers the first generation 42mm Apple Watch Sport in Space Gray (model MJ3T2LL/A) for $219 shipped. For comparison, this model originally sold for $399 and still fetches $280 at Target. You can save even further by going with an open-box model in ‘excellent’ condition for $199 (scroll down to buying options).
The first generation Apple Watch connects with your iPhone for notifications, fitness tracking, heart rate monitoring and more. Although the latest model has a few more bells and whistles, it’s tough to beat the popular Space Gray Sport version at this price. Of course, Apple just recently released watchOS 3 that includes a few popular new features and remedies some complaints from the first generation model.

With your savings, pick up a stylish third-party leather Apple Watch Band or Spigen’s popular aluminum dock for $13 Prime shipped.

Powerbeats3 are on the horizon but they’re going to sell for $200 whenever they end up hitting store shelves.

Best Buy offers the Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Apple AirPort Extreme 802.11ac Wireless Base Station for $99.99 shipped. For comparison, it has a list price of $199 in new condition and typically sells for $129 direct from Apple as a refurb (currently out of stock). This is a match for the best offer that we’ve seen on this model.

Apple’s AirPort Extreme pushes out 802.11ac speeds that are up to three times faster than the previous generation model. It has support for dual-band connectivity plus beam-forming technology. On the back side, you’ll find three gigabit ethernet ports and a USB port for file or printer sharing. Geek Squad Refurbished products go through “a rigorous multipoint inspection” that returns products to original factory specifications. More info can be found here. Daily Steals is offering the new condition iPhone 5s 16GB GSM Unlocked in grey, silver or gold for $279.99 shipped. That’s about the price you would expect to pay for a refurbished model and the lowest we’ve seen.

We actually couldn’t find another retailer offering a new one, but as a pricing comparison the iPhone SE unlocked starts at $399 at Target and other retailers. So whether you’re looking for your kids first iPhone or an emergency/backup phone this is a great choice. This small sleek phone can call 911 in case of an emergency even without a sim card, has GPS (both unlike an iPod touch) and “find my iPhone” capabilities for tracking and runs the latest iOS 10 software.
If you’re more interested in the idea of a prepaid phone, you can grab Straight Talk’s iPhone 5s 16GB 4G LTE for $149 shipped right now. You can get a great deal on case for it too. eBay has the OtterBox Commuter Wallet Series right now for only $15 shipped

Apple’s iPhone 7/Plus can withstand water, but they are still just as prone to scratches and screen breakage as previous generations (even more so for Jet Black!). Its gorgeous, slim design makes it super tempting to use without a case, but we all know that’s just asking for trouble. To that end, you don’t have to cover your iPhone 7 in a bulky case.
We’ve sifted through nearly every iPhone 7 case currently on the market and plucked out the thinnest options. Here’s what we’ve found:

Update (9/21 5:515pm): You may need to select Amazon as the seller to get the discounted price of $39.49 for the Black model.
The arrival of watchOS 3 has drastically improved Apple’s wearable. So much so that you’ve probably fallen back in love with Apple Watch and are going to bring it everywhere with you now. That’s where the Twelve South TimePorter comes into play. Currently on sale for just $39.49 in Black or White, this Apple Watch travel case and charging stand typically sells for $50. This deal is the first meaningful price drop we’ve seen since it was released earlier this year. Free shipping is available for Prime members and on all orders of at least $49.

What better way to kick off your weekend than with a free download of INKS for iPhone and iPad? This game is an Apple Design Award winner and has a 4.5 star rating from thousands of reviewers. Here’s how the deal works:

Apple is celebrating ten years of iTunes Movies by making bundles of ten available for just $10. The bundles encompass titles from five major studios across Comedy, Drama and Action Adventure genres.
At effectively $1/ea, a lot of these top tier moves from major US studios are no-brainer purchases, if only to have something to watch on airplanes or for the kids. Head below for a breakdown of all the deals:

It’s iPhone 7 pre-order day and all the carriers are offering promotions that will let you get a discount on your new device.
The iPhone 7 usually starts at $649 for the entry-level 32GB 4.7-inch iPhone 7 models, but all major carriers including T-Mobile, Sprint, AT&T, and Verizon are offering a free 32GB iPhone 7 with trade-in promo.
Sprint is also offering $100 off the 256GB model for online orders, effectively getting you the highest-capacity iPhone 7 model for the price of the 128GB model.

After Apple updated its Apple Watch to Series 1 and 2 yesterday, the company has dropped the prices on remaining generation Watches Modestly. However, the even bigger price drops at Best Buy and Best Buy’s Ebay store means that just about anyone can pick up an Apple Watch.
These look to be final closeouts so if you want to jump on an Apple Watch with almost all of the capabilities of the new ones (which are more water resistant and have GPS as well as a faster processor), get in quick.

New and existing customers can get an iPhone 7 for free with the trade in of an iPhone 6/6s. T-Mobile will hand you up to $650 in monthly bill credits over a 2-year time span, which covers the cost of a 32GB iPhone 7. If you’re looking at a more expensive model like one with more storage or iPhone 7 Plus, you’ll be required to “pay a little more upfront.” The effective value of this offer is well above what you can expect from traditional trade in services.
T-Mobile’s free iPhone 7 promo is slated to go live at the same time pre-orders officially open on September 9 at 12:01am PT. You can pre-register now to receive a notification as soon as the offer goes live. Once you lock in your new iPhone, all you need to do is buy a case (especially for Jet Black!) and you’ll be ready for launch day. Amazon already has a ton of options available. But if you can’t find anything you like there, then be sure check out our roundup from yesterday for more options.

Just last night, personalized playlists began to populate for select users as a new feature. Apple Music is compatible with most devices including iPhone, iPad, Mac/PC, Android and SONOS.

Instead of juggling a traditional USB power bank and lengthy cables while on-the-go, Nomad’s 1800mAh Pod provides a compact, all-in-one portable charging solution for your Apple Watch. During our review we found it to be a suitable solution for overcoming the disappointing 1-day battery life of Apple Watch.

ICYMI: Amazon has Nomad’s aluminum Apple Watch Stand on sale for $30 right now.

Amazon offers the Nomad Stand for Apple Watch in silver for $26.99 Prime shipped. For comparison, it typically sells for $40 at most online retailers. Note: although it is currently backordered a few weeks, you can lock in the discounted pricing now and it will ship as soon as possible.

Unlike nearly every other gadget, your Apple Watch is a direct reflection of your personal style. As such, its band should be as carefully considered as your belt or shoes. Sure a Milanese Loop band looks sharp when you’re dressed to the nines during at formal events, but it just isn’t as practical when working out or partying. That’s why it’s important to have several bands at your disposal. Apple offers a range of different bands, however in typical Apple fashion, they are either expensive or really expensive.
The good news is companies like Clockwork Synergy are producing top-quality Apple Watch bands at affordable prices. The better news? You can save 20% on every band the Maryland-based watch accessory maker sells right now (excluding sale items) by entering coupon code 9to5toys20 at checkout.
Clockwork Synergy was catapulted into the spotlight last week when it released (and quickly sold out!) a rainbow-colored Pride Apple Watch band just like the one Apple gave its employees. But that’s not the only popular style the company sells. You’ll find a host of 38mm and 42mm Apple Watch bands include 2-piece NATO, leather and silicone. All of which qualify for today’s 20% discount and free shipping. Most of the nylon bands will only run you $20 shipped, which is significantly less than Apple’s asking price of $49.
I’d suggest grabbing this Red, White and Blue 2-Piece Classic NATO band to show your support for team USA during this year’s summer Olympics.

One of Apple’s most beloved features of its MacBooks is its proprietary magnetic charging cable known as MagSafe. That, however, was removed on the 2015 and 2016 12-inch MacBook models in place of a single USB-C port. The good news is you can add back a magnetic charging connector by using Griffin’s BreakSafe cable adapter for USB-C, currently on sale (review). Today the product goes to its lowest price yet, with a 50% discount on the usual retail price bringing it down to just $20 shipped.
Amazon has the Griffin BreakSafe for 50% off ($20 shipped) for Prime members or orders over $50.

If you’ve been holding out for a new standalone desktop display from Apple, you’re either going to take news of the Thunderbolt Display being discontinued as a sign of good things to come, or as a cue to finally purchase a new 4K or 5K display from someone else. For most, especially considering Apple itself is recommending you purchase a third-party display, the latter option is going to be the more likely.
While Apple didn’t recommend any specific third-party alternatives during its discontinuation announcement of the Thunderbolt display last week, we’ve done the work for you and put together our top picks for the best 4K & 5K displays for Mac available to buy right now.

Looking for more power? Yesterday’s Retina MacBook Pro deal is still available.

During the lead up to WWDC there was some optimism Apple would finally release a new external Display, but that hope quickly disappeared. Apple quelled all rumors last night when it announced plans to discontinue the Thunderbolt Display and recommended prospective buyers check out 3rd party options. There’s a chance Apple could release an all-new monitor at some point down the road, but given Apple’s recent shift away from professional products, it wouldn’t be surprising if we never see another display come out of Cupertino.
To that end, we’ve rounded up the best monitors available right now across all budgets for Mac users…
