Just like Target did yesterday, Walmart has decided to officially release its Black Friday ad well ahead of the highly anticipated holiday. As you might imagine, it will be offering tons of great deals from electronics and Blu-rays to video games and big screen TVs.

Walmart will have the iPhone 5s listed at $189 and will offer a $75 gift card with the purchase of iPhone 5S or 5c. Other notable deals include a 16GB iPad mini for $299 with a $100 Walmart gift card, Beats by Dre Solo headphones for $116 and Blu-rays starting at $4.

Walmart will offer a number of great game deals at $35 from AC4 to Batman Arkham Origins as well, but will only be guaranteed for one hour. In other gaming deals we’ll see Walmart match most retailers with a $200 PS3 bundle, a $99 4GB Xbox 360 and a $99 Nintendo 2DS. Head below to take a look at some of the highlights below the fold:

UPDATE: Ebay is now offering the 4th Gen. iPad (16GB Wi-Fi) in black or white for only $429.99 shipped. This is $20 less than Walmart’s deal for the same condition (NEW) iPad.

Walmart is rolling back prices on every in-stock iPad 2 and Retina 4th generation iPad while supplies last. This deal nets you a 16 GB WiFi iPad 2 for just $349 (13% savings) or a 4th generation iPad for $449 (10% savings)

We typically see a couple $50 price drops over the course of a month (typically as an eBay Daily Deal), but a sizable discount for iPad 2 is certainly much more rare. Jumping up to a 4th generation iPad will get you a beautiful Retina display, faster A6X processor, the new Lightning connector and other performance bumps. If you can get by without those upgrades the iPad 2 is still a capable tablet.

Walmart is offering a refurbished Apple iPod Shuffle 4th gen. 2GB for just $24 with free in-store pickup or about $5 shipping to have it sent directly to your doorstep. That is easily the best price we have ever seen for any iPod Shuffle. As a further price comparison, the current 5th generation iPod shuffle retails for $49 (Amazon charges $46). The only real difference between the 4th and 5th gen shuffles are the colors offered.

In my opinion, the iPod Shuffle is the ultimate workout music player. It features convenient (clickable!) physical buttons and a built-in clip so you can easily attach to any part of your clothing. 2GB is large enough to fit up to 500 songs, which is plenty long enough to get you through any workout. Best Buy started offering some nice deals on the previous generation iPad 3 with Retina display today with most models available for up to 30 percent off normal retail prices. One of the most enticing deals will let online shoppers get their hands on a 16GB Wi-Fi only model for just $314. A 32GB Wi-Fi only model is available for as low as $384 ($165 off retail).

The retailer is offering deals on other iPad 3 models as well, such as the 16GB iPad 3 with Wi-Fi + Cellular on AT&T for $405.99.

Walmart also has an attractive iPad deal today, offering the 16GB Wi-Fi iPad mini for $299. That’s $30 off retail and around the same amount refurbished models are going for. You can reserve online but will have to pick up in-store. This is definitely the best deal you’ll find for the entry level iPad mini.
