It’s been an exciting summer of massive LEGO releases and new reveals, and hot on the heels of the previous unveiling of LEGO’s Icons Captain Jack Sparrow’s Pirate Ship, the LEGO Group is bringing us a look at the next Ideas set that is inspired by another movie franchise – and one of my favorite Christmas movies – the 21361 Gremlins: Gizmo set. And it’s even open for preorders now too! Head below to get the rundown on this upcoming build alongside the photos we’ve collected.
Bose debuted the second-generation QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds recently and we have now had a chance to test them out ahead of today’s pre-order launch. Frankly, the now previous models are still a wonderful set of buds that can mostly go toe-to-toe with the best of them – we weren’t even sure if we wanted Bose to change anything. But with some subtle tweaks here and there, enhancements to its already world-class noise cancellation tech, better call quality, and fine tuned audio, one of the best just got even better.
My old noisy treadmill recently broke down, and I was in the market for something new and smaller. I had the opportunity to test out a foldable treadmill called the T12 from Merach and found a fitness device that offers a stable workout in a significantly smaller footprint. I’ve shared my thoughts and provided an in-depth video review below.
Nintendo has officially announced the launch of the first-ever Animal Crossing x Crocs collaboration, and everything is now available for purchase. A new report has surfaced claiming Nintendo will indeed host the next Nintendo Direct in the coming weeks. The new summer LEGO reveals just keep coming, and now, a few days after we got the announcement of the new Ideas 21360 Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory set, we’re getting another movie staple in the form of LEGO’s new Icons 10365 Captain Jack Sparrow’s Pirate Ship. Putting aside the missed opportunity to name it for what it is – The Black Pearl – this is a highly detailed rendition of the iconic ship and comes with plenty of characters you’d expect to populate it. Head below to learn more about this upcoming build and check out the collected photos.

As a long-time rider of Segway electric scooters, my expectations are quite high for new brands looking to climb their way up to the standard that the household-name has set in stone at this point. Only within the last few months did Navee come onto my radar, with the brand offering me the chance to test out its latest flagship model, the ST3 Pro Electric Scooter, which has been quite the surprise, to say the least. At first, it seemed like it was full of gimmicks that were destined to fail, but after riding around for several weeks now, I can happily say that Segway may just have found a new challenger. Head below to get my hands-on impressions of this high-end e-scooter that still retains accessible pricing for the stunning list of features.

After years of no-shows at gaming events and showcases, and becoming one of most wishlisted titles on Steam ever, it looks as though Team Cherry is finally ready to break the silence in a major way and finally give us the good news.
The big summer game showcases came and went, and still no release date or even a proper look at the long-awaited Hollow Knight: Silksong. But gamescom 2025 is here, and so is Silksong. Those old traditional power banks are on their way out in favor of what look to be much safer and more reliable semi-solid state models. A power strip is probably the most overlooked piece of eletronics most of us have on our desk – usually hidden away because, well, it’s “just a power strip.” But what if there was a way to turn this dull accessory into a centerpiece instead of an eyesore? Genki, known for its accessories and gaming gear, has done exactly that with the Moonbase. I’ve been using Genki’s fancy new power strip as a replacement to my basic Belkin surge protector for a few weeks now to see how it stacks up. Hit the jump for more details and a closer look.
After debuting the Elves 2 as the world’s first gamepad with Switch 2 wake-up support, Gulikit is back again with another set of controllers. I came way feeling pretty good about the recent Indie World showcase, but mostly just because of the Mina the Hollower confirmation and the subsequent FREE demo you can play right now. Others, not to so much – Hollow Knight: Silksong did not make an appearance, because of course it didn’t, but it will be making an official appearance at the Switch 2 gamescom booth in Germany later this month, according to one of Nintendo’s EU X accounts.
Not long after gracing the word with its next-generation Switch 2 hardware, some new Nintendo toys are inbound.
