Unlike previous generation TiVo devices, the BOLT includes a year of service bundled into the price ($149 value). Aside from the usual DVR functionality and guide features, TiVo’s newest product includes 4K capabilities, streaming functionality via Netflix, Hulu Plus and others. A new “SkipMode” allows viewers to bypass the section of their recordings that show commercials.
