The countdown for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 officially began back in June when Sony finally launched details on the October 20 release date, collector’s editions, and pre-orders. It really can’t come soon enough. But for folks still looking to catch up on the series ahead of time, Amazon is now offering the Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales Ultimate Edition for PS5 at $39.99 shipped, down from the regular $70 price tag. PS4 gamers can also score the standard edition of the Miles Morales story for $19.99 over at GameStop (free shipping on orders over $79, and free in-store pickup where available). This one follows the story of Miles Morales through his “new, vibrant and bustling neighborhood” with powers that set him apart from Peter including bio-electric venom blast attacks and covert camouflage. The main difference between the standard version and the Ultimate is the latter includes “a voucher code for Marvel’s Spider-Man: Remastered,” making it a perfect primer for the launch of the sequel this fall. Check out the new 2,099-piece Amazing Spider-Man LEGO Art set and head below for more of today’s best console game deals.
