It’s been a little over a week since the new LEGO Over the Moon set was revealed and today the LEGO Group is back with some new creepy, cooky, spooky, ooky Addams Family theme sets focusing on one of the long-running serial’s fan-favorite characters: Wednesday Addams. Three new builds are being revealed here, the 40750 Wednesday & Enid models, the 76780 Wednesday Addams Figure, and 76781 Wednesday & Enid’s Dorm Room set – two of which are already open for pre-orders. Each of them comes ripped straight from the 2022 Netflix series, featuring everyone’s favorite macabre-loving child of the popular gothic family. Amazon is offering the SKIL Corded Multi-Function Detail Sander Kit for $29 shipped. Normally fetching $40, this tool has been keeping around its MSRP for most of 2024 so far, with occasional discounts every few months, often falling between $31 and $34. Today, we’re getting the first drop under $30 for this year as costs are slashed by 27% and returned to the lowest price we have tracked in the last two years – ultimately $1 above the all-time low from 2022.

As part of its Deals of the Day, Best Buy is offering the Worx LeafPro Universal Leaf Collection System for $39.99 shipped. Normally sitting at a $55 price tag, we’ve seen this tool bundle go as low as $36 in past one-day sales, with today’s second-lowest $40 rate being the more common landing price with discounts. Regardless, you’re looking at a nice 27% shaved off the price tag just in time for autumn’s falling leaves to be collected, which goes far quicker than hand-raking and bagging. It’s also matching in price over at Amazon.

Jackery’s ongoing Autumn Savings sale that will continue through September 13 is seeing up to $3,000 off across a large lineup of power stations, solar generator bundles, and accessories. Welcome to the second edition of our new 9to5Toys Travel Kit series, and this time around, I’ll be heading down to the swamps of Virginia and North Carolina to visit family in the open window of my otherwise busy schedule (it probably doesn’t help that they are a solid 8 to 12 hours of driving away). Some of them are strictly must-haves on my trips, some have mixed uses for work and play, some are entirely for play, one is staying behind at home, and there’s even a surprise treat waiting for me at one of my destinations. Not long ago, my partner and I brought home a young cat (named Kraydor the Wizard Boy, FYI, and not by me) after he was having trouble getting adopted from our local shelter.
