Nintendo has now officially announced its Mario Day 2026 plans and the official eShop sale is already live. You’ll find loads of digital Mario and first-party Nintendo games, and then some, up for grabs right now. But the physical game deals are scheduled to hit on March 8 – that’s this upcoming Sunday – and today’s Target weekly ad preview has them on display. 

Nobody likes tariffs (almost nobody anyway), and neither does Nintendo. According to reports flooding the interwebs today, Nintendo has filed a lawsuit against the U.S. government to get back some of those golden coins it lost when tariffs initially went in place ahead of the Switch 2 launch. 

The Mario 2026 festivities are in full swing already, with game sales already live on the eShop, Amazon, and at Best Buy. And with this year’s celebration landing in honor of the 40th anniversary of the Super Mario Bros. game and the upcoming release of The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, Nintendo has announced the next Nintendo Direct dedicated to Mario’s upcoming big screen adventure. 

Alongside offering the best deals on pre-orders for the new MacBook Neo, M5 MacBook Air, and M5 Pro MacBook Pro, Best Buy is also getting particularly aggressive with the brand new M4-equipped iPad Air lineup Apple just unveiled. It’s not just you, Amazon appears to be down. At this point it seems like just the store is actually down, but it’s hard to say for sure. Well, it looks like newly appointed Microsoft Gaming CEO Asha Sharma has now not only confirmed there will indeed be a next-generation Xbox console (I think we all assumed there would be), but also some additional details as well. 

We got an early look at the official Nintendo MAR10 Day Switch game deals already this morning, but Nintendo has now issued an official press release detailing its complete Mario Day 2026 plans. This year is in honor of the 40th anniversary of the Super Mario Bros. game and the upcoming release of The Super Mario Galaxy Movie on April 1, but there’s a whole lot more than that. After much speculation and some early announcements, it appears the official MAR10 Day deals have now landed online. While the announcement is yet to hit the Nintendo news page at this point, key art of the deals has now surfaced online we have the goods for you below.

Alongside the pre-order deals we are tracking on the new M5 MacBook Air and the M5 Pro MacBook Pro, Apple has now unleashed one of its most affordable new portable machines in years with the new MacBook Neo. Mario Day 2026 is right around the corner and while we are expecting an details from Nintendo at any moment, the official international announcement of this year’s Mario Day Switch 2 bundle might give us a good idea of what to expect.
