It might not be the sweet new 30th anniversary edition, but we are tracking a rare chance to save on the Sony PlayStation Portal Remote Player today. Best Buy’s open-box listing in excellent condition with a full 1-year warranty is now sitting down at $161.99 shipped. While that’s a not massive markdown from the usual $199 price tag, deals on this thing are rare at best. Still up at the full MSRP on Amazon where it has never dropped below $195 in brand new condition, the best renewed price we can find there has it going for $179.99, and that’s from a third-party seller. 

After debuting in mid-August as some of the most affordable smart video doorbells from brands we trust and feature around here, the new TP-Link Tapo D120 and D225 have now hit new all-time lows on Amazon. The more affordable TP-Link Tapo D120 as now dropped from the regular $70 price tag down to $46.99 shipped and the dual-powered (more on this below) Tapo D225 has now fallen to $79.99 shipped from the regular $100 price tag. We did see launch deals at $51 and $85 back in August, but today’s offers undercut both to deliver the best we have seen yet.

It’s time for a hands-on look at what might be the only “official” third-party iPhone 16 case with Camera Control (providing you don’t count Beats). We have seen models with the conductive button cover from SUPCASE and Spigen, but OtterBox seems to have had a more official connection to Apple with its implementation considering you can buy it direct from Cupertino’s stores, so let’s dive in and see if the OtterBox Lumen Series iPhone 16 case with Camera Control is any good.

One thing we have been waiting for any kind of worthwhile price drop on is Apple’s new Smart Folio covers for the new M2 iPad Air, and that day has now come. Amazon is now offering the 11-inch M2 iPad Apple Smart Folio starting from $69 shipped today. This is a regularly $79 cover seeing a $10 or nearly 15% price drop, but again any kind of a deal on these rarely discounted covers is worth highlighting. The Sage model is matching the Amazon all-time low while the Denim and Charcoal variants have now hit their best prices yet. While there are some great third-party options out there, not to mention the gorgeous (and super popular) Burton Goods leather models, some folks love their first-party accessories and now’s your shot to save some cash. 

Amazon is landing with a solid $100 price drop on the LTE-connected 45mm Google Pixel Watch 3 at $399.99 shipped. This model carries a $500 list price and has now dropped a solid 20% to deliver a straight up $100 cash discount. This deal is only available on the matte black aluminum case model with the matching obsidian band. We saw this same offer go live at the very end of September only to start jumping back up and down to full price, but you have another shot at it right now. This is matching the lowest price we have tracked on Amazon for this configuration.

For some the previous-generation Apple gear is underwhelming at best. But for others it presents an opportunity to score what was very much a top of the line machine just a few years ago with a serious deal, and that’s what we are looking at right now. Best Buy is offering the 13-inch M1 MacBook Air down at $509.99 shipped. This is no M3 machine, nor is it an M2, but we are talking about a perfectly good casual laptop that carried a sticker price at $999 originally and still sells for $759 in refurbished condition from Apple.

Amazon is now offering gamers a chance to score the best deal yet on the Xbox Series X|S version of Capcom’s Dragon’s Dogma 2 down at $41.99 shipped. Amazon’s early Prime Big Deal Days offers are really starting to kick off in major way today folks. First we caught the return all-time low price on the All-new Amazon Echo Spot, follows by Echo Pop down at just $18, and the absolutely will all-time low prices are back on the latest Echo buds. The deals are landing on all three of Amazon’s latest Alexa-ready earbuds starting with the entry-level set that debuted last fall down at just $24.99 Prime shipped. 

As we have previously detailed, Apple’s new iPhone 16 Camera Control button has drawn a line in sand among case options; either they have a cutout or a proper conductive button cover. There aren’t very many options out there, save for the official Apple and Beats cases, one OtterBox model, the Spigen Ultra Hybrid T we just went hands-on with and a couple others.
