It’s almost May and Microsoft has released the details on next month’s Games with Gold lineup. Xbox Live members can grab four games for free as a part of this promotion, head below for a look at the full lot.

Update (4/26 11:05am): Trusted game dealer Antonline via eBay Daily Deals offers the white Xbox One Special Edition Quantum Break Bundle for $279 shipped (currently regular $299, Orig. $350).
In today’s best game/app deals, Amazon is offering Just Cause 3 on PlayStation 4 for $33.17 with free shipping for Prime members or in orders over $49. That close to 50% below the original listing, $3 under our previous low, the lowest Amazon has offered it for and the best price we can find. As for the Xbox One version, Walmart has the best price right now at just over $35 (matching low) with free in-store pickup or free shipping in orders over $50.

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is now down to $2.99 on iOS. It regularly goes for $9.99 and today’s deal is matching the lowest we have seen it go for on the App Store. It has a 4 star rating from over 8,000 gamers.

8bitdo and Analogue have brought some some very interesting retro gaming gear to market thus far from the iOS/Android/Mac controller to the Aluminum/Gold remake NES console and even a Nintendo-Themed Bluetooth speaker. And now, the two companies have teamed up on the new wireless Retro Receiver so we can play all those glorious 8-bit titles with no strings attached.

The Google Play Store is currently discounting Lifeline, Lifeline 2 and Lifeline: Silent Night down to $0.10. This wildly-popular series typically sells for $1 on Amazon and via Google.

Sony has kicked off a few notable digital sales on PSN. The first of which includes just about every Grand Theft Auto title available on PlayStation platforms. While some items in the sale have gone for less in the past, there are a number of notable deals here, especially considering you can download them from your couch and be playing within an hour (or less in some cases).

Amazon is offering a free $5 Kindle eBook credit to first time users of its Underground App Store for Android devices. The $5 credit will be applied to your account within 48 hours and must be used within 10 days. Note: this promotion is only available for first time Amazon Underground customers, full terms and condition below. Eligible titles for this promotion include: Flow Free, Simple Mahjong, Dr. Panda’s Restaurant 2, Goat Simulator, Cut the Rope: Time Travel HD, Flow Free and Heads Up.

Some of the greatest SNES games of all-time are now available on the Nintendo 3DS eShop including Zelda: A Link to the Past, Super Metroid and Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy’s Kong Quest. This is the third batch of SNES games to make it on to the Virtual Console, but remember, they are only available to those with a New Nintendo 3DS. Previous titles included Super Mario World, Mario Kart and Earthbound, among others.

Anthill for iOS is now available for $1. While we have seen this highly rated game go free, that was way back in 2014. Today’s price drop is the first we have seen after the game sat at $1.99 for nearly two full years. Anthill’s tactical tower (trail) defense gameplay has earned a 4+ star rating from over 12,000 gamers.

As part of its ongoing 2-day sale, Best Buy has an interesting combo deal with the PlayStation 4 Call of Duty Black Ops III Bundle and a Sharp 43-inch LED 1080p Smart Roku TV for $499.98 shipped. This PS4 bundle is regularly listed at $349.99 from GameStop, Amazon and most other retailers, which brings the effective price on the HDTV down to just $150. While this particular model Sharp Roku TV is a Best Buy exclusive, it usually sells for $320+ on its own or as much as $400 from third-party Amazon sellers.

Mojang has finally released its full line of skin packs for Minecraft Story Mode. In celebration of the first season’s conclusion, you’ll be able to grab all 27 skins for free on iOS, Xbox One, PlayStation and Windows. Each DLC will be free for the next week and then some will require a $2.99 fee to add permanently, as usual. You can redeem each console-specific skin kit within their respective online stores. The critically acclaimed Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons from 505 Games is now available for just $1.99 on the App Store. Regularly listed at $5, this is the very first time the game has been discounted for iOS.
While its ratings are somewhat mixed at 3.5/5 stars from over 230 gamers, keep in mind the game received rave reviews on release and most of the complaints appear to be surrounding particular technical issues. The game features interesting puzzle and adventure elements along with a story that had some reviewers “moved to tears.”

The creators of Bastion, Super Giant Games, has now put one of its other excellent titles on sale. Transistor for iOS can now be downloaded for just $2.99, down from its usual $9.99 selling price. This is the very first time this year the game has dipped down below full price and is now matching the all-time lowest total we have tracked. Target is offering 10% off iTunes gift cards right now in various denominations with free email delivery. Options range from $25 up to $100. While we do see these drop down to 15% and even 20% off, today’s deal is the best current value available. As usual with these gift cards, they can be used to get deals on for apps, games, movies, TV shows, books or even an Apple Music membership. Zentomino HD for iPad is now available for just $1. Regularly listed at $4.99, this is the lowest we have seen the highly rated puzzler go for outside of its free launch period years ago. Developer Little White Bear Studios is also offering its TanZen HD iOS puzzle game at its lowest price ever: $1 (Reg. $5). However, the Zen HD Trilogy iOS bundle contains both games as well as TriZen HD and is currently available for $1.99 (Reg. up to $15 value).
Doom and Destiny on mobile is now available at nearly 70% off. Regularly listed at $3, you can now download this classic-style RPG on iOS or Android for just $1. You’ll also find the “sequel, prequel and reboot” Doom and Destiny Advanced down to $1 on iOS and Android. Both titles are matching the lowest we have tracked, which was during a developer sale back in January.

While you may have had a chance to play Final Fantasy XV with the Duscae demo as part of Final Fantasy Type-0 HD, Square has now released another quick taste of what to expect. Update (3/29 5:40pm): Amazon has now matched Newegg’s eBay listing at $259.99 shipped.
The official Newegg eBay Store is offering the Samsung 850 EVO 1TB 2.5-inch Internal Solid-State Drive for $259.99 shipped. Splashtop 2 Remote Desktop for iPhone & iPod has gone free for the first time since October. This popular utility typically sells for $3. It has collected a 4.5/5 star rating from over 2,300 App Store customers all-time.
If you’re not familiar, Splashtop 2 allows iOS users to remotely access their Mac or Windows PC from an iPhone or iPod. You’ll be able to replicate your computer’s desktop on your device with full access to all functionality. All you have to do is install the desktop utility alongside the iOS app and you’re all set. The app includes free access to any computer on the same network or you can opt for an in-app purchase that allows you to connect from anywhere.

Philips Hue light bulbs are amongst some of our favorite smart home accessories. While the product line has often been imitated, the majority of its competition has failed to capture the ease of use and quality. There are Hue bulbs that can replicate nearly any color imaginable and traditional options as well.
One area that has yet to be addressed, however, is ambient lighting. While Philips already offers dawn simulation lighting, smartphone connectivity is not available. Today, the two converge in a new product that focuses on consumers waking up with more energy. Additionally, Philips has announced a new ‘Routines’ feature in its app that memorizes your daily schedule and adjusts lighting to mimic the sun. More below.

TomTom used to have a handful of paid apps, each specific to a region. The app covering just the U.S., for example, was $45. But today it’s making its premium navigation services free for iPhone users everywhere for the first 50 miles or 75km of use. The new freemium model comes as the company consolidates its TomTom apps for each region under a new, redesigned app simply called TomTom Go Mobile.
Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories for iOS is once again on sale. Down from its usual $6.99, you can now download the game for $3.99. This is matching the lowest we have ever seen the game go and only the second time it has been this low since its release back in December.

Along with the new Free App of the Week, Apple has now updated the App Store with an Indie game sale. There are a number of very notable deals on popular titles here including all-time lows on The Room Three, BADLAND 2, Lumino City and more.
