The Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Direct will go live later today, but appears Nintendo might have already revealed the Zelda Ocarina of Time Remake price ahead of time. 

Update: The new WH-1000XM4C Wireless Noise-Cancelling Headphones are now available for purchase directly from Sony and over at Amazon for $299.99. Delivery is set for between September 23 and October 1.

Today Sony is officially launching its new WH-1000XM4C Wireless Noise-Cancelling Headphones as well as a pair of mid-range and entry-level CH series releases. The new XM4C feature a design based heavily on the “fan favorite WH-1000XM4” and introduce a more affordable point of entry into the popular 1000X series.

In less than 24 hours, we will finally get to see The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time Remake, and probably a whole lot more. Nintendo is set to go live tomorrow morning with a very special Zelda 40th Anniversary Direct, and, save for the reveal of Switch 2, it might be the biggest Nintendo presentation in years. 

Labor Day 2026 is here and the clock is now ticking on the giant Amazon and Best Buy sale events. Alongside the holiday weekend sales at Amazon and Best Buy, this week saw a host of brand new product reveals at IFA 2026 and, perhaps even more exciting, Nintendo officially announced the Zelda 40th Anniversary Direct. We have the official Grand Theft Auto VI DualSense controllers, Anker’s SleepLab Pro speaker/nightlight that tracks your health data wirelessly over the air, as well as its fleet of new smart display chargers, the next-gen Sonos Ace Ultra Headphones, and the LEGO PlayStation 1 console build. Here we go folks! Nintendo has just officially announced the long-awaited, highly-anticipated Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Nintendo Direct, and a second more traditional Direct show the very next day. This is huuuuge! 

The 2026 IFA show is in full swing this week alongside all of the major deals live ahead of Labor Day. We have seen some interesting new intelligent charging gear, the ‘world’s thinnest’ portable SSD, home hubs that run AI locally, all-new Android tablets, phones with 185Hz panels, sleep speakers that monitor your health through the air waves, and even some IFA-adjacent reveals – the GTA VI PS5 controllers and a LEGO PlayStation. Nintendo’s big Switch 2 release of the year, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake, has been officially revealed, but very little is known about it. Nintendo did mistakenly drop a brief description, and it has told us it is coming this year, but what is The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake release date? How much is it going to cost? And what sort of remake are we going to get?

Alongside some giant discounts live Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra in Best Buy’s Labor Day sale at up to $600 off, today Samsung is launching the new and much more affordable Galaxy S26 FE. There are some bundle deals directly on the Samsung site, but Amazon is serving up FREE $200 gift cards on all models on top of trade-in values. 

While perhaps not as exciting as the fleet of new Smart Display chargers, or the display-equipped sleep buds, for some, Anker has also unveiled a SleepLab Pro speaker loaded with some impressive sounding tech at IFA 2026. 

Spigen unleashed some impressive for the price Athlex Air Apple Watch Bands over the last couple years. The first model, one I still use to this day, delivers a hook and loop closure with a velcro clasp alongside a woven fabric strap construction. But it has just released a second version of the Athlex Air band with a magnetic treatment and a new band design starting from just $22. 

Not only does Sony think Grand Theft Auto VI plays better on PS5, but it has also secured the rights to release a pair of exclusive GTA VI DualSense controllers as well – check them out below. 

Well, as per usual, the leaks were largely on point and the new LEGO PlayStation is now official. During today’s PS5 State of Play game showcase, we got our first official look, details, and an official trailer for the upcoming LEGO PlayStation 1 console build. 

We are taking a short break this morning from this week’s massive Labor Day sales at Amazon and Best Buy to dive into the September State of Play. While we are still awaiting news on the potential Nintendo Direct, Sony is going live this morning at 9 a.m. ET for what sounds like a lengthy double feature State of Play event. 

Alongside a host of new chargers landing today from Anker, Belkin has landed at IFA 2026 with some new gear of its. This year it is introducing a pair of semi-solid-state power banks – the new UltraCharge Pro with BoostSolid Cell lineup.

September is here and that means we are in for loads of new tech reveals, the latest from Apple, and, presumably, the next Nintendo Direct. And with fans eagerly awaiting news on the Zelda Ocarina of Time remake, I’m not sure anticipation for the September Nintendo Direct could be any higher. 

Nintendo launched its next-generation console with brand new Mario Kart experience, but Mario Kart 8 Deluxe remains one of the highest-selling Nintendo games of all-time and it just got a FREE Switch 2 update. 

Update 9/1: The PlayStation PULSE Elevate wireless speakers are now up for pre-order at Best Buy and Amazon. 

Nearly a year ago now, Sony official unveiled the all-new Pulse Elevate – its “first wireless gaming speakers” for PS5, PC, Mac, and PlayStation Portal. And today it is finally revealing the release date and pre-order launch. 

Alongside the now live Labor Day sales a Best Buy and Amazon, we are also getting some new Nintendo action as well. While we are still awaiting official news on the expected September Nintendo Direct, the latest additions to the Switch Online library have been announced with three new classics for the NES library. 

Update: The new Sonos Ace Ultra headphones are now available for pre-order on Amazon as well.

Just as the early leaks suggested, not only has Sonos been working on next-generation over-ear headphones, but the new Ace Ultra Headphones are indeed now up for pre-order on the official site.

Official Grand Theft Auto VI Extended Look gameplay goes live today!

Okay this is folks. After 13 years of waiting, what feels like countless delays (two if I remember correctly), and a gazillion dollars in profit on GTA Online later, Rockstar is set to take the virtual stage on Netflix of all places to finally show us Grand Theft Auto VI. 

As we recently detailed, the new XBOX Series X25 limited edition console is going up for pre-order today at Amazon and other major retailers. The leaked price and release date were largely on point and we should start seeing pre-order listings going live shortly – they are scheduled to go up at 7:00 a.m. PT/10 a.m. ET.

The biggest gameplay reveal in, quite possibly, history is set to go live this afternoon and Grand Theft Auto VI takes over Netflix in a first-of-its-kind partnership (i.e Netflix paid a boat load to get 6-hour exclusivity for the GTA VI reveal that will be all over the internet the second it goes live). We know all this already, but Rockstar has delivered some details on how folks are allowed to stream this thing and Netflix just published a new article on today’s main event. 

• Grand Theft Auto 6 pre-orders are now live at Amazon on PS5 and Xbox.

Today is the day folks – official Grand Theft Auto VI gameplay will go live at 12:00 p.m. PT/3:00 a.m. ET. Netflix has secured (likely paid a fortune) to secure exclusive streaming rights this afternoon for the Grand Theft Auto VI: Extended Look before it goes live and FREE for everyone on YouTube later this evening. 

The big announcement from 2-hour Opening Night Live at gamescom came in the form of the first proper trailer for the The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Songs of the Past expansion, but CDPR also surprised everyone with the reveal of the The Witcher 3 Remastered. It is set to release as a FREE upgrade to those own the game already. 

Now just over 24 hours away from the official Grand Theft Auto VI Extended Look, and a week of unfortunate leaks by extortionists trying to ruin the game for everyone else, Rockstar has finally issued an official statement on the matter. 

The upgraded M6 Mac mini and the new M5 Pro model are now available for pre-order. The new lineup starts at $899, but if you’re looking to flip your older M4 model to the latest M6, there are some notable trade-ins values live right now. 

Straight from Opening Night Live at gamescom 2026 in Germany, we now have our very first look at the upcoming Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Songs of the Past expansion. And CD Projekt RED just revealed The Witcher 3: Remastered – it releases on September 29 as a FREE upgrade for existing owners.

It’s that time of year and the biggest games fest on the calendar is set to get underway today with gamescom Opening Night Live. Geoff Keighley is ready to take the stage today to kick off a week’s worth of exclusive new trailers and gameplay from some of the biggest upcoming releases, and the prime time showcase starts at 1:30 p.m. ET.

The official Nintendo Switch 2 price hike is set to go live in just over a week’s time, and Nintendo has just officially unveiled a pair of new console bundles with the increased sticker. If you’re looking to land a Switch 2 this year, you’ll want to buy one now before the price goes up folks. 

Apple has officially unleashed the new M6 Mac mini and pre-orders are now live alongside the next-generation M5 Pro model and the new Mac Studio. You can land the M6 Mac mini at $374 with a mid-range M4 trade-in.
