Nintendo has just confirmed the Splatoon Raiders release date. This is the next in the long line of Nintendo leaks and rumors to come true – it releases this summer.

Just as we expected and just as the leakers leaked, the official Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced: Worldwide Reveal Showcase will wash ashore this week.

A full-blown Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag remake is all but imminent at this point. In fact, Ubisoft has already confirmed the existence of the new Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag Resynced, folks have already seen it in action ahead of this week’s expected official reveal, and we have some details for you below – this is not just a basic remaster for modern platforms.

An Assassin’s Creed Black Flag remake is inbound, and very soon. For me personally, it is the earlier AC games that deliver the nostalgia and fondest memories, but for many, Black Flag really hit the sweet spot and Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag Resynced is purportedly set for release this summer. 

Earlier this week, Xbox promised a dedicated first-look showcase for the new Metro 2039, and has followed through. Today’s broadcast is about to go live and it’s all waiting for you below. 

This year has been an eventful one for Pokémon Trainers already. The reveal of the mainline Gen 10 games, remakes, LEGO sets, and much more have already made headlines, but the 30th anniversary celebration isn’t over yet. The 2026 Nintendo leaks just keep coming. While not nearly as high-profile as the Zelda Ocarina of Time remake or even the rumored upcoming Star Fox game, it looks like Switch 2 will be getting some Marvel superhero action soon too.

Samsung has now officially announced a Galaxy Z TriFold restock for this week. On April 10 at 9 a.m. ET, the Galaxy Z TriFold will be back in stock and available for purchase directly from Samsung and you better be ready as it is going to go quick. 

Reports confirm a new ‘Metal Gear Solid’ movie in the works. After the high-profile and generally well-received Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater remake (MGS Delta) released last summer, Snake appears to be heading to silver screen.

When is the next major Switch 2 game announcement going to be? Well, apparently very soon. Nintendo has a serious leak problem right now, as we have already discussed. Update 4/3: We have now updated this post with some additional leaked details on some potential upcoming Switch 2 releases.

As we have already reported, there have been some major Nintendo leaks surfacing across the interwebs over the last week or so, much of which coming from folks with solid track records for this sort of thing. While these sorts of early details and rumors were very much expected last year with the launch of the Switch 2, it appears as though much of the Nintendo 2026 launch plans have leaked already. 

A brand new special edition, or rather themed, Monopoly set is now up to celebrate the (record-breaking) theatrical release of The Super Mario Galaxy Movie. Much like we have seen for years with these crossover real-estate tycoon boards, this one shakes up the usual formula with a series of themed rules, pieces, and features based on Mario’s latest adventure through the stars.

Nomad already unleashed its latest Find My-equipped MagSafe Wallet, but it has just issued a new Limited Edition model with its gorgeous Olde Dublin leather treatment. 

The Super Mario Bros. 40th Anniversary celebrations continue after the release of The Super Mario Galaxy Movie in theaters this week as a few new collectibles and goodies have surfaced at retail (or will be very soon). Both Best Buy and Target have new Super Mario Bros. 40th anniversary collectibles up for grabs, including a pair of game cases (they are sort of like a SteelBook case that holds multiple Switch and Switch 2 cartridges).

Update: PS5 hardware is scheduled to jump up in price at some point today.

Last week Sony announced sweeping and particularly significant upcoming price hikes across the current-generation PlayStation hardware – PS5 is about to get a whole lot more expensive. Starting this Thursday PS5, PS5 Digital Edition, and PS5 Pro are going to be $100 and $150 more expensive and you might want to score one now before that happens. 

While the leaks and rumors regarding upcoming Nintendo plans have slowed to some degree compared to last year’s Switch 2 launch cycle, there have been some seriously exciting tidbits floating around as of late. Not the least of which, some fairly high-profile Nintendo Insiders have already claimed we are in for a complete remake of one of the most celebrated Nintendo titles of all-time: The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time. And now it looks as though there’s good reason to believe there will also be a special edition Zelda Ocarina of Time Switch 2 Console. 

The new Super Mario Galaxy Movie is hitting theaters today! I will likely be making my way to a local screening this weekend, but for collectors or those who would rather skip the lines and overpriced popcorn, pre-orders for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie Limited Edition SteelBook Blu-ray + Digital are now live alongside some upcoming listings for the The Super Mario Galaxy Movie Collectible Tin edition.
