Valve’s Steam Controller started making rounds on the internet again earlier today, resurfacing for the first time since it was initially showcased last year, and we now finally have official release date and pricing details. Valve has confirmed that the Steam Controller will launch on May 4 – Star Wars Day – with a $99 price tag. The company added that pricing may vary by region due to distribution costs, import duties or tariffs, and local market conditions. One of the most notable changes to the Xbox ecosystem since the new CEO stepped in is a price cut for both Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass, which takes effect today. The new pricing has Game Pass Ultimate dropping from $29.99 to $22.99 per month, while PC Game Pass falls to $13.99, down from $16.49.
