Today LEGO is expanding its catalog of space-themed creations with the announcement of its latest kit. Launching early next month, the new LEGO NASA Lunar Lander stacks up to nearly 1,100 pieces and recreates mankind’s very first moon landing. As summer approaches, it seems that action cameras are beginning to get refreshed for new adventures. DJI just released the Osmo Action with dual displays and RockSteady image stabilization, Sony updated its RX0 lineup in March, and GoPro released its HERO7 late last year. In comes Mokacam, a company who has already funded a few of its action cameras, with a brand-new offering. The Mokacam Alpha3 is the “most advanced 4K action camera ever”, bringing 4K HDR with image stabilization (something that’s hard to find outside of DJI’s Osmo Action), 4K60 recording, and even 1080p240 for 8x super slow motion.

It’s been eight months since Amazon refreshed its Echo speaker lineup, but today Amazon is unveiling new hardware which is coming next month. The Echo Show 5 is set to arrive in June as a lower-cost alternative to its bigger brother, while also directly positioning itself against Nest Hub. Earlier today at Computex 2019, HP announced plans to continue exploring the use of unique materials in its products. The new HP ENVY Wood Series does just that, by offering several of its laptops in various authentic wood styles.

It’s been about six months since I dove headfirst to the Amazon Alexa ecosystem. While it’s not perfect, I’m very happy with my decision to switch away from Siri as my primary voice assistant. Having fully immersed my home in Echo Dots, I initially didn’t see a need to venture outside of Amazon’s most affordable smart speaker.

My feelings changed pretty quickly after I realized how feature-rich Echo Plus was at such an affordable price. More microphones, better sounding audio, and a built-in smart home hub all worked together and eventually pushed me to try an upgraded Echo experience.
